Applications
Single stage, self-priming, liquid ring, pumps designed to meet hygienic requirements for pure fluids, ability to handle air entrained in the product without air locking.
The pumps are predominantly used as CIP return scavenge pumps in beverage, dairy and food processing plants, as well as in the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries.

SIPLA Bloc:

SIPLA Bloc-SUPER:
- Stationary on adjustable stainless steel ball feet

SIPLA Adapta:
- Stationary on pump foot for fixed installation
- IEC standard motors or NEMA motors can be easily connected by means of a standard coupling either directly or by means of an intermediate adapter flange to the common pump shaft supported by a double bearing arrangement.

SIPLA CN:

Surface finish
In order to meet the demands of the pharmaceutical food and beverage industries, HILGE has developed the below surface finish requirements:

Construction
Casing and front cover manufactured from precision cast stainless steel 1.4404, open impeller in 1.4404, impeller nut in 1.4435, pump shaft in 1.4571, shaft AD and CN in 1.4435.
Shaft seals:
Single, internal mechanical seal to DIN 24960 cooled and cleanable due to its optimum position in the product flow. Seal material compatible with media.
Connection types:
- Threaded fittings to DIN 11851
Options include special connections to SMS, RJT, IDF, clamps in conformance with DIN, ISO and Tri-Clover/Tri-Clamp.
Technical data (depending on pump size and number of speeds)
