Applications
Multi-stage, end-suction centrifugal pumps designed to met the criteria of hygienic and food processing technology. CIP and SIP capable in compliance with performance criteria for pumps contained in DIN 12462.
The pumps are designed for use in brewery, beverage dairy and, food processing plants.Also in CIP cleaning systems, in the pharmaceutical industry, medical technology, as well as in processing systems in the cosmetics industry.
Additional applications include special systems in the chemicals and manufacturing industries, surface treatment, environmental technologies and in the textile industry.

HYGIANA Bloc:
- Stationary on motor foot, Motor with extended stainless steel shaft, Unshrouded
HYGIANA Bloc-SUPER:
- Stationary on adjustable stainless steel ball feet, Motor with extended stainless steel shaft, Stainless steel shroud, HYGIANA III Bloc-SUPER on stainless steel foot.
HYGIANA CN:
- Stationary on base plate with bearing housing.
- Coupling and guard.
- IEC standard motor, protection type IP 55
Options:
- Bareshaft.
- With base plate, without motor
HYGIANA Bloc-V:
- Vertical, standing on stainless steel foot

HYGIANA AD:
- Stationary on pump foot for fixed installation
- IEC standard motors or NEMA motors can be connected easily by means of a standard coupling either directly or using an intermediate adapter flange. Single pump shaft size supported in double bearing arrangement.
Options:
- With complete coupling without motor
- Stationary on stainless steel ball feet
- Motor with stainless steel shroud

Design
Inter-stage,discharge and suction casings manufactured from heavy duty, deep drawn, rolled stainless steel 1.4404 corresponding to AISI 316 L, and 1.4571 corresponding to 316 Ti.
Impeller, semi-open or closed in rolled stainless steel quality 1.4404 or. 1.4571 (gentle pumping action).
Shaft seals:
Single internal, mechanical ring seals positioned in the product flow ensures ample cooling and easy cleaning.
The materials are selected to be compatible with the media.
Option:
Double mechanical seal in tandem design or back-to-back arrangement with flush and barrier water connections.
Connection types:
- Threaded fittings to DIN 11851
- Flanges to DIN 2642 PN 10
- Flanges to DIN 2656 PN 40
Other connections available conforming to the following standards: SMS, RJT, IDF, clamp connections to DIN ,ISO and other standards, special sterile threaded fittings and special small sterile flanges.

- Working pressure: up to 25 bar, depending on the type of connections
- Operating temperature: up to 140°C, higher temperatures on request
- Sterilisation temperature: (steamable) up to 140°C
